General Michael T. Flynn

Lieutenant General, U.S. Army (Retired) Michael T. Flynn, served over 33 years in the United States Army. He graduated in 1981 as a distinguished military graduate from the University of Rhode Island ROTC program and went on to serve in multiple Army, Joint and Multinational positions. His military career culminated in service as the U.S. Department of War's senior intelligence officer and Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency.

General Flynn served overseas in multiple campaigns to include Central America, the Caribbean, Southwest Asia and Central Asia theaters. His training and education consists of the fields of electronic warfare and signals intelligence with service in multiple assignments as an instructor of both. He also holds three master's degrees and an honorary doctorate, to include an MBA in Telecommunications.

In his civilian capacity, General Flynn was instrumental in helping President Donald J. Trump in the 2016 presidential race and was subsequently selected to be his first National Security Advisor. General Flynn was then illegally targeted and forced from that office of responsibility based on a false national intelligence narrative driven by elements from the previous administration.

General Flynn is the recipient of numerous international and national awards and decorations. To name a few, he has received the Ellis Island Medal of Honor, The Association of Special Operations Professionals Man of the Year Award, The William J. Casey Medal of Honor, the first non-Navy recipient of the Director of Naval Intelligence’s Rear Admiral Edwin T. Layton Award for Leadership, and the internationally recognized Federal Law Enforcement Foundation’s Service Award. He has been inducted into both the URI ROTC Hall of Fame as well as the State of Rhode Island Hall of Fame. His military decorations consist of defense superior service awards along with four bronze star medals for his service in multiple theaters of combat.

General Flynn is considered an expert in diplomacy, statecraft, foreign policy, strategy formulation, defense, intelligence, electronic warfare, and other areas of national and international security. He has appeared on numerous national and international media and is a sought-after speaker.

General Flynn serves as the Chairman of America’s Future, the nation’s oldest non-profit organization. He is also the Chairman of the Gold Institute for International Strategy, which focuses on national security and international strategy. He is the author of numerous books, three of which are bestsellers, and his articles are viewed across the globe. His work can be found on his website: GeneralFlynn.com

Joaquín Sada Huete

Joaquín Sada is an International Senior Executive with a significant career in the Energy Sector and extensive proven experience in leadership and management within energy and financial companies. Early exposure to global markets came from living abroad in France and the United States during formative years which include two years at the Lycée International au Saint Germain-en-Laye and two years at Duke University, as part of an international relocation due to a family assignment at IBM’s PC Company, where his father served as Worldwide Vice President. This international background fostered adaptability, multicultural awareness, and a global business mindset.

As an entrepreneur, he has founded a business consulting firm, an environmental foundation, and a company in the hydrocarbons sector. A results-driven professional with over six years of direct experience in the hydrocarbons sector and an additional 12 years in financial services, combining deep technical knowledge with strong strategic and business acumen. Mr. Sada has a proven track record in managing cross-border projects, building companies from the ground up, and leading multidisciplinary teams through complex regulatory and operational environments.

In 2020, he founded COPERGY IBERICA S.L. with the goal of merging the financial and energy sectors, quickly seizing the fuel station market due to the lack of alternatives at the time. After several years consolidating his position and reputation in the national market, he is now moving into raw material imports to complete his presence and leadership across the entire supply chain to supply the potential need of his actual active clients which add up more than two thousand between gas stations and transport companies.

In 2025, the Public Administration granted him the management of ten Transport Service Centers located on the border with Portugal—astrategic point for goods transport in Europe, as it is the natural route for international container movements from South and North America to the rest of the European Union. Alongside these responsibilities, Joaquín is developing CO₂ Absorption Projects for companies with high hydrocarbon consumption, providing a solution to the strict European environmental regulations. Among his responsibilities, Joaquín has held executive leadership positions in both International Business and Project Finance at Banco Popular Español until its acquisition by Grupo Banco Santander.

Throughout his life, he has lived in three countries, giving him a global perspective and strong communication skills essential for his current role.
